FEES:

Private Mediation:

   Private cases are billed at the rate of $60.00 per hour plus applicable gross receipts tax at the rate of 7.125%. 

   Mediation services include:  session time; preparation time; documentation preparation; and telephone conferences.

   A deposit may be required for document preparation; telephone conferences and out of pocket expenses.

   Any amount not expended on behalf of the Clients shall be promptly returned to the Clients at the termination of mediation.

   All fees are due and payable at the end of each session.

Court Appointed Mediation:

   If you have a case pending before the Court, you may request the appointment of a mediator to assist you in the resolution of the disputed issues concerning the custody of and time sharing with your children.  These fees can often be paid by the Twelfth Judicial District Court Mediation Fund. 

   Financial assistance is available in these cases.  You will be asked to reimburse the Court based on your ability to pay.

Parenting Coordinator Services:

   These services are billed at the rate of $75.00 per hour and are subject to the same terms and conditions set forth above under private mediation.
